We continuously monitor the campaign’s performance, aiming to rent your property within two to four weeks.
A: Your initial statement will include any leasing-related expenses, such as advertising, property preparation, and cleaning costs. Following that, ongoing expenses will primarily consist of our management fee and any maintenance or repair charges incurred.
